Order processing

We dispatch orders within two working days. We prepare and send orders as soon as possible, often sooner.

If you need your order urgently, please add a note to your order. We’ll do our very best to prioritise dispatch, but urgent requests do not guarantee faster dispatch or delivery.

Delivery within the Netherlands

We ship with PostNL. Based on our experience, transit usually takes approximately 12–36 hours after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery time, and delays can occur.

Shipping costs

For delivery within the Netherlands, standard shipping costs €4.95 for orders below €45. Standard shipping is free for orders of €45 or more.

For international orders, shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds vary by destination and order value. Available shipping options and their costs are shown at checkout. The Netherlands delivery estimate above does not apply to international orders.
